ON-SITE EVALUATION & COMPLETE DIAGNOSIS
Analysis of the terrain, slope, soil, and water behaviour around the foundation. We identify the exact cause of the problem, not just the symptoms, to recommend the most suitable solution.

SAFE EXCAVATION AROUND THE FOUNDATION
Careful removal of soil around the house to clear the foundation base without damaging it. Mini-excavator or hydraulic shovel depending on access, down to the footing.

SITE AND HOME ACCESS PREPARATION
Safe setup of the work area to allow for excavation and to protect surrounding landscaping, lawn, and water and gas lines.

REMOVAL OF THE DEFECTIVE DRAIN & COMPLETE CLEANUP
Removal of the old drain, debris, and clogged materials to start with a clean, sound base. Inspection of the existing waterproofing membrane.

INSTALLATION OF THE NEW PERFORATED DRAIN
Installation of a high-quality perforated drain with a continuous slope (1% minimum), wrapped in a non-woven geotextile to effectively filter water and prevent blockages.

INSTALLATION OF AN ACCESS WELL
Addition of an access well for easy inspection and periodic cleaning of the French drain to ensure its long-term performance.

FILTERING GRAVEL & ADDITIONAL DRAINAGE
Laying a layer of certified 3/4" clean stone to promote water flow to the drain and ensure maximum protection against moisture.

BACKFILLING, LEVELLING & SITE CLEANUP
Compacted backfill in successive layers with suitable materials, professional compaction, and soil levelling for a stable and aesthetic finish. Delivery of written warranties.
